Business Analysis Team Manager, Bovis Lend Lease Europe (Contract) -

Requirements gathering,
solution design, development and implementation

Project managed stabilisation of CCS
(Contract Control System) and Hummingbird (Project Control System) and then
managed future developments of both systems.

Recruited additional heads (40+ in short
timeframe) and developed a Business Analysis team to work on full
development, evaluation and investigation project lifecycles covering
project initiation, change control, implementation, deployment, testing, QA
and post implementation review. The Business Analysis (BA) Team acted
as a conduit for all work into the IT department from within Bovis Lend Lease EMEA, Lend Lease Europe and Lend Lease REI (Real Estate
Investments), from alliances with BP and CISCO and from PFI Partnership with
Halifax and Royal Bank of Scotland (Catalyst Healthcare, Focus Education, Focus
Regeneration). During this time I worked with colleagues in Australia and the
USA. Worked with key business stakeholders in the business and among
clients.

Managed developments, evaluated and
investigated project lifecycles including project initiation, change
control, implementation, deployment, testing, QA and post implementation
review. Introduced a PRINCE2 implementation to work with BLLE's DSDM
methodology.
