Multi-project role in the
group's Project Office

Managed the design and delivery of an
Intranet solution to amalgamate group including The N.E.C., N.E.C. Arena,
the N.I.A., the I.C.C. and Symphony Hall and delivered coherent
e-business/e-commerce strategy. Project managed implementation of phases one
and two of intranet and developed application layer to enable access to
standard applications and standardise browser interfaces.

Set up group’s first virtual ticketing
systems and mBusiness (mobile-phone interface) facilities.

Delivered multiple projects including
selection and implementation of systems for staff rostering, budgeting and
scheduling, with time & attendance tracking and compliance with EC
regulations.

Performed business analysis for initial phase of an HR system replacement
project with integrated HR/payroll solution and set up a BA/BPI function in
the Project Office to address business restructuring exercise, and performed
a Workforce Management Systems review.
